Our Journey So Far
Lazaro & Co began in 2024 as a deal sourcing business servicing property investors throughout the UK. Due to the increasing demand for housing nationwide, our director Steven saw the need for quality housing and robust property management. As a result, we expanded our service to include management.

Currently we operate with over 8 accommodation units with 35 tenants and counting. We have partnerships with councils, social housing providers, construction firms, hospitals and commercial businesses. These relationships enable us to provide housing for tenants both in vulnerable need or those seeking an upscale, short to medium stay accommodation.
